Premier Membership plan

This program is designed for our patients without dental insurance. This plan creates a great opportunity for you and your family to have affordable dental care at our Encinitas office.

​Cost:

$349/year/individual

With this plan you will receive:

• 10% discount on all other dental services

• 2 exams per year

• 2 sets of necessary digital x-rays per year

• 2 sets of intraoral photographs per year

• 2 cleanings per year

Advantages of Premier Membership Plan:

• No waiting periods

• No yearly maximums and deductibles

• Can be used with all health savings accounts and flex spending accounts

• No pre-authorization needed for dental services

• Not valid with existing dental benefits
